In Path of the Padawan, players assume the identity of one of the Padawan learners from the Star Wars universe, training in combat, visiting other planets, and dueling enemies in order to increase their skill set and convince a Jedi Master to take them on as an apprentice!
Path of the Padawan is a card game based on Erika Svanoe and Erik Evensen's Marrying Mr. Darcy, completed in collaboration with Debra Miller as a self-assigned design project.
As lead designer and writer on this project, I wrote the content of all cards, illustrated all player and character cards (not including black and white illustrations on light brown card fronts), and designed all cards and packaging materials.
