These ornaments are in fact not porcelain at all, but rather SLA resin painted and glazed to appear so. Their sizes vary, but they are each around 1.5” tall. Observant viewers of this site may recognize a few faces from my short film, “See You At Home.” Those heads were printed small and turned into Christmas ornaments for family members who lent their voices to my short film. The other heads, which fill out the rest of my faux-porcelain family, were designed and painted to cohere visually with the existing characters.
