Despite what I assumed as a child, food doesn’t land on the table and clothes don’t stay clean without someone else’s labor – in my case, that of my mother. This dollhouse contains twelve handmade dolls–each built with an aluminum wire armature, 3D printed head, and hand-sewn clothes–captured in the midst of a typical day at home. I was responsible for all aspects of this project, including 3D modeling and fabricating all the characters. Each has hand-sewn clothing and is painted by hand.
